All subscriptions will be billed weekly/fortnightly or monthly, whichever is selected. We accept various payment methods, and your payment information will be processed securely. Flaneur Flowers will make every effort to deliver your order on time. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us upon delivery of your order. We will review your request and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
