Fresh cut flowers generally remain vibrant for 3 to 7 days when properly cared for in an ideal setting. To maximize their longevity, please adhere to the following care tips:
For Bouquets:
- Take off all packaging, including tissue and water packets, within 3 hours of receiving them.
- Trim the stems and place them in a vase filled with clean water.
- Change the water daily and remove any dying flowers to maintain freshness.
- Add half a teaspoon of bleach or a quarter of a Milton Antibacterial tablet to keep the water clear.
- Position the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and air conditioning drafts.
For Vase Arrangements:
- Upon arrival, fill the vase to the brim with fresh water. Some flowers may sit low in the vase, so maintaining the water level is crucial to prevent wilting.
- Refresh the water every day and remove any faded blooms to keep the arrangement looking its best.
- Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts from air conditioning.
To keep your vase arrangement thriving, we suggest adding half a cup of water to the center each day. Since some flowers are placed lower in the vase, it's essential to keep the water level consistent to prevent them from wilting.
We provide delivery services from 9 am – 5 pm (suitable for businesses) as well as flexible options throughout the day. This is applicable for same-day orders. To ensure our customers receive the best delivery rates, we may adjust your delivery time based on other orders scheduled for that day. If you have particular timing needs, please reach out to us in advance or include your request in the special instructions field while placing your order online, and we will strive to meet your needs.
